What is RDM™?
Regulatory Document Manager™ (RDM™) is a web-based
repository for facility licence and environmental approval
information. This is a “managed service”, whereby
Envirosoft gathers and stores regulatory information and
documents, and oil and gas clients gain access to their
company's information over the internet.
RDM™ was designed so that it
can operate as a stand-alone application, or it can work in
conjunction with Emission Manager™,
if the client subscribes to it. The user
authorization for RDM™ is the same
as for Emission Manager™;
therefore, a user that has privileges to access both
applications can seamlessly navigate between the two.
Why choose RDM™?
 |
Provides convenient and easy access for viewing
and retrieving Alberta Energy and Utilities Board (EUB)
and Alberta Environment (AENV) regulatory documents
because it is internet-based.
|
 |
Indicates to EUB auditors that
company has a process in place for the management
of regulatory documents. |
 |
Increases confidence that the
most current facility regulatory information is
being used for decision-making.
|
 |
Provides access to a facility's
regulatory history (including all historical
licences, amendments, and associated Directive 056
Application Schedules). |
 |
Alleviates employee frustration and
time wasted tracking down regulatory information.
