Ted Hart, P.Eng.
Mr. Hart is a chemical engineer with 20 years of
experience in providing environmental services to the
chemical manufacturing and oil and gas industries.
Through the years, Mr. Hart has worked with a broad range
of both large and small oil and gas companies in the
development of their GHG and CAC emission inventories.
He is intimately familiar with the calculation methodologies
used for developing emission inventories, and the
requirements of such inventory programs as the National
Pollutant Release Inventory (NPRI), and various other
federal and provincial greenhouse gas initiatives.
Mr. Hart's in-depth knowledge in this area provided him
the ability to create the technical specifications on which
Emission Manager™ was built.
He specializes in providing assistance to existing and
potential clients in the development of their emission
inventories. He also continues to provide valuable
guidance in the ongoing development of Emission Manager™
to ensure that it continues to meet the evolving needs of
our industry clients.
Dave Schuh, B.Sc.
Mr. Schuh specializes in developing internet-enabled
database applications. He is a senior software
developer, with over 18 years of work experience in the oil
and gas industry in Calgary and abroad.
Previous database application projects include oil and
gas production history, reserves analysis, core analysis,
pressure / volume / temperature analysis, oil and gas
movement, data archival, and air emissions.
Working closely with Mr. Hart, as well as with other
members of the development team, Mr. Schuh oversees the
ongoing design and development of Emission Manager™.
Mr. Schuh also manages the computer operations in our
Calgary office and on our managed servers at Q9 Networks.
Dan Bulat, P.Geol.
Mr. Bulat is a petroleum geologist who specializes in
environmental risk management. He has provided
environmental management and risk mitigation services to the
oil and gas industry and the government sector for over 18
years.
Mr. Bulat's background in the environmental services
arena has assisted the design and development of Emission
Manager's user interface, as well as in the development of
strategic alliances with industry partners. His broad
experience in the environmental sector has provided
Envirosoft with valuable short and long term product
development strategies and marketing growth direction.
I. (Lee) Kitler, BComm
Ms. Kitler specializes in data management, quality assurance, training,
and marketing. Her professional experience is both
broad - spanning several industries - and deep, including
over a decade in marketing, account management, and project
coordination.
Ms. Kitler's areas of expertise include data management
and analysis,
process optimization, and communication. Due to her
in-depth knowledge of Emission Manager™,
Ms. Kitler oversees software testing and marketing
initiatives. She also works closely with developers
and clients on application support, development and
implementation of training programs, as well as
identification of future requirements.
Tim Biggs, HND
Mr. Biggs has a background in engineering, but for the
past 12 years has been focused on sales and marketing of
innovative software and hardware technology solutions.
His previous experience includes sales, implementation, and
support of business process automation software to the oil
and gas industry in Calgary, as well as positions in
regional management.
In his business development role, Mr. Biggs promotes and
facilitates the implementation of Envirosoft's business
solutions, while also working closely with our sister
company Envirotech Engineering's project management team.
This allows him to assist in identifying and feeding back
key business requirements for future application
development.

capability of Emission Manager™
with external data sources (such as the Petroleum Registry
of Alberta), as well as internal production accounting,
electrical, and asset management systems. More
recently, he was also the database architect and primary
developer of Envirosoft’s Regulatory Document Manager™.
